Allen Pyke were appointed by Notting Hill Housing Association to develop the landscape proposals for this exciting urban village scheme in Bermondsey Spa regeneration area. This high density quarter contains a number of interconnected shared surface streets and five communal courtyards, each designed to have a distinctive character. The stepped roofscape incorporates extensive areas of biodiverse green roofs, as well as private terraces and photo-voltaic panels.

After receiving planning approval, Allen Pyke were appointed to develop the scheme to Stage D+ for tender under a Design & Build contract.
