Store Road, North Woolwich

A great, fully integrated client and design team sees Store Road through to detailed planning approval.

The 163 residential unit scheme, adjacent to the River Thames, will incorporate streetscape enhancements and private amenity terraces, a podium mews lane and courtyard as well as several upper level amenity sun and allotment roofs.

The Hyde Housing Association project was masterplanned by BPTW architects and is the result of very close collaboration by the design team to integrate internal and external spaces as well as services, wind mitigation and drainage.

It is one of two key buildings that will lead to the regeneration of the North Woolwich riverfront.
