Allen Pyke have advised a number of community groups including parish councils and objectors to wind farms. Whilst working on behalf of the objectors, we have provided impartial and objective assessments relating to proposals in respect of landscape and visual impact chapters of Environmental Impact Assessment. Applying our expert knowledge of LVIA we are able to advise clients on whether or not planning applications are robust in terms of the approach and methodology as well reviewing conclusions relating to the significance of impact. We are also able to provide clients services such as attending planning meetings or acting as an expert witness.
