    Planning consent has been granted for two very different projects designed our Cambridge office this week. Manor Place is a 270 unit residential scheme in Elephant & Castle, while Gonville Hotel is with a subterranean Spa with sunken courtyard.

    St Andrews Park wins award!

    St Andrews Park has won the Best Biodiversity Enhancement Award at the Brownfield Briefing Awards 2015. Allen Pyke prepared the Landscape & Open Space Strategy for the Uxbridge site and have since provided detailed landscape design for St Modwen. We are delighted to have been involved in such a positive scheme.
