Latest Berewood phase approved

Another residential phase of Berewood, a major urban extension of Waterlooville in Hampshire has gained Reserved Matters approval. Allen Pyke were appointed by Redrow Homes to prepare detailed landscape proposals for the latest residential phase, which comprised almost 200 units and contained a number of important mature trees and existing hedgerows. We used our knowledge of Berewood gained over several years working on various phases of the development to achieve a positive outcome for our client.

The phase is adjacent to a newly created community nature reserve that was designed by Allen Pyke. The nature reserve is part of the green infrastructure proposals for the overall site, which includes the new Town Park and two large nature reserves. Read more about the project here
