Allen Pyke were appointed by Stefan Zins Architects on behalf of Berkeley Homes to develop the detailed design stage of this high quality landscape scheme located close to Cambridge city centre with views over Midsummer Common onto the River Cam.

The scheme provides a mix of private apartments, town houses and student accommodation as well as a community cafe. The provision of varied green spaces throughout the site – including a wildlife garden – creates a linkage to the various open spaces of the surrounding areas. New pedestrian and cycle links will further help to integrate the new development into the existing context.
