Allen Pyke Associates were appointed to produce a Landscape Appraisal and Landscape Strategy for the redevelopment of Brentwood Leisure Park.

The site was previously occupied by a range of leisure facilities including a dry ski slope, karting track, golf driving range and a vacant leisure centre. Set within a woodland framework in the Green Belt.

The proposal was for a change of use to a low density residential development with associated landscaping.
