Allen Pyke Associates were appointed by Crest Nicholson to produce a reserved matters scheme, discharge planning conditions and detail the hard and soft landscape for this mixed use, commercial and 63 apartment scheme in Shoreditch. The project included a publicly accessible frontage linking Bevenden Street and New North Road as well as two internal amenity courtyards.

The scheme was completed in 2014.
