Allen Pyke Associates were appointed as landscape architects for the refurbishment and extension of the Gonville Hotel in Cambridge. The scheme was is within the Conservation Area and close proximity the Parker’s Piece, one of the most important open spaces in Cambridge. The proposals gained detailed planning consent in November 2015 following consultation with the local authority on landscape design and retained trees. The project includes an extension to a Victorian property, Gresham House, along with a subterranean Spa with sunken courtyard.
