Anmer Lodge is a mixed use development in Stanmore, located just to the rear of the main shopping street connecting it to nearby residential streets. The proposals create high quality public realm with shared surfaced and pedestrian links through the site and include a new retail store and basement parking as well as podium and roof amenity landscape and biodiverse roofs. The masterplan addresses a number of constraints including a large Wellingtonia tree, a significant level change and an existing culverted water course.
