Allen Pyke are able to co-ordinate and input into Design and Access Statements, a requirement of most planning applications. We can prepare comprehensive written and illustrative information relating to the key elements of Use, Amount, Layout, Scale, Landscape, Appearance and Access.
We regularly prepare and contribute to Design Codes where we are able to define considered site wide strategies for aspects such as open spaces, streetscapes, materials, street furniture and planting.
