The on going management following completion of schemes on-site is essential to the success of any development. Soft landscape schemes are dynamic systems and changes in management need to be considered over different time scales. There is no such thing as a maintenance free scheme, however Allen Pyke fully understand the management and maintenance implications and ensure that this is considered throughout all stages of the design process. Committed to providing cost effective and sustainable solutions, issues relating to the use of natural resources, including top soil and water are important factors in any scheme.

We regularly prepare detailed management plans for a range of existing and proposed landscapes. Often required to clear planning conditions, a considered management plan will ensure that a scheme will last for future generations.
