Allen Pyke produced the Landscape Masterplan and Landscape Visual Impact Assessment for a site adjacent to Vicarage Road, Yalding.

The scheme went to planning committee and received a majority vote and was well attended by local residents.

The scheme includes proposed structural planting treatments and new amenity spaces which will enhance the appearance of the new development and create an attractive living environment for new residents and increase biodiversity across the site.

A significant benefit of the scheme will be the improved connectivity between the existing Vicarage Road residential area and the Kintons Recreation Ground to the south.
