Planning permission has successfully been granted for the former Teddington Studios, near Richmond in south-west London. The site will be developed into a series of luxury apartment blocks and town houses addressing complex issues of flooding. Allen Pyke worked closely with hydrological engineers to develop proposals for a new publically accessible riverside garden featuring informal play that will open up the river frontage and offer views through the development towards the river and parkland beyond.
