Allen Pyke have recently agreed the opening of an area of SANGS (Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace) at Wokingham. The site provides informal space for new residents at Crest Nicholson’s adjacent Mulberry Grove development to walk their dogs and enjoy the new wildlife habitats. The site has also been used to successfully translocate a medium population of protected Great Crested Newts into a series of new wildlife ponds.
