Planning permission has been granted for 88 residential units on a former quarry site of Shopwhyke Road, Chichester. The proposed development will provide shared surface streets and a central play area framed with a strong framework of tree planting. The scheme is part of a much wider area of new development delivering hundreds of new homes and community sporting facilities and play areas as well as significant green and blue infrastructure.
