Ben becomes a Tree Warden

Landscape Architect at Allen Pyke’s Kingston office and tree enthusiast Ben Brace has recently become a volunteer Tree Warden for his ward in southwest London.

The Tree Warden Scheme is a national initiative by The Tree Council to encourage people to play an active role in conserving and enhancing the trees and woods in their neighbourhoods.

Tree Wardens are volunteers, appointed by parish councils or other community organisations, who gather information about trees in their area, get involved in local tree matters and encourage local practical projects related to the trees and woods.

At Allen Pyke we are always striving to create quality environments for people and wildlife and caring for trees, whether they are in streets, urban parks or open landscapes is just one way we can do this.
