Sophie Winslow

Sophie joined the team in January 2026, bringing a wealth of experience from a career spanning operations, people management, purchasing, and engineering—where her work earned multiple awards. She now supports the whole team in an administrative role, as well as serving as our Mental Health First Aider.

Outside of work, she’s all about yoga and meditation.
