Allen Pyke  were commissioned to produce a landscape masterplan and detailed planting proposals for planning and marketing purposes for this multi-million pound mansion in St George’s Hill, an exclusive neighbourhood in Weybridge.

The scheme involved the creation of high quality external gardens for the future occupants, to complement the character of the neighbourhood.  Expansive lawns, clipped evergreen feature shrubs and a bespoke pergola with climbings plants were features of the large garden, alongside natural stone and gravel paths.

Allen Pyke were retained by the developer to carry out site inspections to ensure the landscape proposals were implemented to the high standards desired.
