Westminster City Council granted planning permission for this mixed use scheme of 112 units (50% affordable), including a new nursery, community hall, flexible workspace and canal-side cafe. The scheme sits within a new public realm delivering significant enhancements along Harrow Road, new pedestrian streets and a dynamic community play area with in a challenging site alongside the Grand Union Canal.
