A proposal for an innovative 56 unit residential scheme on a former garden centre site in Surrey has been featured in the Architects’ Journal. Allen Pyke worked with John Pardey Architects to develop the scheme proposals, on behalf of Q Developments.

Allen Pyke had an active input in the site-wide design development, from concept to detailing, focusing on retaining and enhancing valuable site elements and creating a character sensitive to its context. The proposal has seen support from the Design South East panel and it is currently awaiting determination by Waverley Borough Council.
