Picket Twenty Extension Land Gains Planning Approval
On Thursday 26th October 2017 Persimmon Homes were granted permission for their full planning application to build 520 homes on the extension land at Picket Twenty by Test Valley Borough Council.
Allen Pyke’s role was to design the planting layout across the site. This included front gardens, public open spaces, allotments, tree planting and access through Harewood Common, green corridors and 3 landscape character nodes. We also provided detailed planting designs including tree pit plans for the trees as the Council wanted to ensure the trees would thrive in their allocated locations.
Allen Pyke has worked on previous phases of the development at Picket Twenty, and look forward to working with them on the next phases, which will entail phased detailed planting plans for the whole Extension Land area.
