The Garden Committee is celebrating the first crops and flowers in the community raised beds at Durrants Village for the active elderly in Faygate.

The pond and Lakehouse in the background provides a lovely setting for this location and storage space for gardening equipment.

It is great to see that the green fingered residents embraced the opportunity and the pristine beds hold the promise of a good harvest.
